Product Quality and Testing: Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from a single-estate harvest, cold-pressed within hours of picking, and independently laboratory tested. Its polyphenol content is verified at 317-318 mg/kg, above the 250 mg/kg threshold set out in EU Regulation (EC) No 432/2012 for the permitted health claim relating to olive oil polyphenols. Laboratory analysis reports are available on request.
