A STORY THAT BEGINS IN TIRILYE!

n August 2013, during the month of Ramadan, on a hot summer day, my son Efe and I went to Tirilye harbor to fish, a place we hadn't visited in a long time. After a fruitful fishing experience, we left Tirilye with beautiful memories.

After spending a wonderful day with my son, a voice inside me said that I needed a reason to return to Tirilye. I remembered my childhood in Filedar Village of Bursa and its olive groves. Soon, I found and purchased an olive grove with a stunning sea view.

It was time to obtain health in its purest and most valuable form.

Every year, with the increasing quality of our product, we are very happy to offer the healing power to our friends and loved ones.

During the formation of the olive fruit, the process is carried out with the goal of obtaining the product without structural, systematic pesticide spraying.

In this way, the olive oil, which is the juice of the olive tree’s fruit, is obtained while maintaining its superior quality without change.

During the olive oil production process, the oil droplets are obtained by cold pressing within 3 hours of harvesting from the tree.

Thus, the process transforms from the branch to the drop.

Throughout the olive picking process, no fruit that has previously fallen to the ground is collected.

EXTRA VIRGINCOLD PRESSED

The taste of our cold-pressed olive oil comes from the special olive fruits of Tirilye type, grown on slopes overlooking the Gemlik Gulf, nurtured by the sea breeze.

These olives, fertilized with natural manure and regularly cared for, are hand-picked and immediately cold-pressed to transform from branch to drop, yielding the juice of the olives.
